Terms and Conditions

Payment: We can accept payment in the form of:

• All major credit cards.
• All foreign currencies 
• Pounds sterling cheque
• An irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit
• Pre payment wired/TT to our bank account the in UK
• Other reasonable methods of payment are also considered.

Terms: All prices are ex. works( Exclude packaging and delivery) . A deposit is required with the order, with balance payable on completion and prior to collection/delivery.

Delivery: Delivery within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt of full payment. We are able to offer:

• A nation-wide delivery/installation service
• Export packing and worldwide shipping. Quotations by request.

• We guarantee that all red telephone boxes and letter/pillar boxes are genuine period pieces.
• If our products are damaged in transit to our delivery point, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

• If on receipt of our products, our customer decides that for whatever reason they have changed their mind; we will provide a full refund. Our customer will have to send it back to us within 8 weeks and pay for delivery back to us plus the initial transportation costs. Unlike other suppliers we will NOT charge a handling or restocking fee. This guarantee is valid for our standard renovations and not for any tailored specifications.
